What do I need to bring for my dog to spend the night?

To make your dog comfortable, please bring:

Food: premeasure each meal into individual servings, bring extra in case of delays or extended stays. House dog food is available for $2/meal.

Bedding and Comfort Items: Favorite blanket, bed, or well loved toy. Bedding and blankets are provided as well.

Items with your scent: Ie. Worn T-Shirt, to help your dog feel at home.

Toys: Safe chew toys only. Avoid rope toys or raw hides, which could be choking hazards.

Medications or Supplements: Bring any regular medications or supplements your dog needs.

Can I drop my dog off early or pick it up late?

We understand that schedules can be unpredictable, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate early drop-offs or late pick-ups. To help us plan and ensure your pet receives proper care, please contact our staff in advance if you anticipate needing extra time. Please note that early drop-offs or late pick-ups will be subject to additional fees, depending on the length of the extended stay. Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience for every pet while balancing staff availability and the care of all animals in our facility.

Do I need a reservation?

We gladly accept walk-ins for all services, but we recommend booking online to secure a spot and ensure availability for your pet.​​

Will my dog have fun?

Yes! Your dog will enjoy...exercise and play, supervised group sessions, and large outdoor areas with play structures, as well as an indoor play area. Socialization: safe interaction with other friendly dogs. Human interaction and enrichment: attention, games, and activities to keep your dog happy and stimulated. Clean and safe environment: all play areas are maintained for a safe, enjoyable experience.​

Do you accept tips?

Yes! Tipping is never required, but it is always appreciated. All tips go to the staff members who cared for and worked with your pet during their visit.

Do you only groom dogs?

Yes, at this time we focus exclusively on dog grooming, daycare, and boarding to ensure every dog receives the best care and attention.

Is Day Care structured or free play?

Our daycare combines the best of both! Dogs enjoy supervised group play to socialize and burn energy, while structured activities and enrichment sessions keep them mentally stimulated. Every play time is safe, guided, and tailored to your dogs energy level and personality.

Is my dog a good candidate for group play?

Most dogs enjoy and benefit from supervised group play, but each dog is unique. Before joining group play, we assess your dog’s temperament, social skills, and comfort level with other dogs to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone.​

How often is your facility cleaned and sanitized?

Our facility and all toys are cleaned and sanitized daily, and all grooming equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Blankets and Beds are washed after a pet departs. We prioritize cleanliness to keep your pets safe, healthy, and comfortable, reducing the risk of illness and ensuring every dog enjoys a fresh, welcoming environment.
